-Special Rates available for Students & Instructors, call for details.

 -Rental hours must include any setup or breakdown time needed.

-Day Rate applies to 8 hour day.

-Castings of over 75 persons will incur a 10% rate increase.

-All Suites must be left in the same condition in which they were received - clean & orderly.  Waste materials should be properly disposed of and any spills wiped up.  Failure to do so will result in an additional $30.00 cleaning fee.

*Sundays, add $10 per hour, minimum 2 hour booking.
